Joe Stack Plane Crash in Austin, Texas [Video & Alleged Suicide Note]

ShareOn Thursday February 18th, Joseph Stack intentionally flew a small private plane into Echelon building #1 in Austin, Texas. The 4-story building holds about 200 IRS employees. The crash reportedly injured 13 people, two of which were in critical condition. Stack was pronounced dead at the scene.
