We must move in entirely separate circles as I haven't run across most of these and I wanted to offer three others you don't mention that I consider exceptional:

Dr. Pete User Effect
Follow Dr_Pete on Twitter

Steve Krug, author of Don't Make Me Think Sensible
Follow SKrug on Twitter

Bryan Eisenberg, co-author of Waiting for Your Cat to Bark and Call to Action GrokDotCom Follow TheGrok on Twitter.

I'll have to make it a point to see what I've been missing. Thank you for this list.

Matt, I ran the import with my new account as well from contacts on LinkedIn, as this was the only solution I was aware of to make a quick recovery, but it didn't seem to be a problem (knock on wood). One side-note about the import feature is how you're not provided with an option to include a note with the invitations. I was surprised to see how many people didn't know we were connected on LinkedIn? Regardless, I emailed Facebook for you and RT'd your tweet. I know how frustrating this can be and I hope it is fixed for you quickly!

Thanks for the help Lisa...and great article.

I am guessing my issue has something to do with me uploading my address books (my LinkedIn list itself is approaching 1500), a subject that isn't really mentioned at all in their Statement of Rights and Responsibilities.

Unfortunately, given as much information as I can find online about this subject, I will likely never know for sure :(
