I found it in an old cookbook of my mom's a few years ago, it was my grandpa's that he had to follow before some operation he had a while back. A friend and I did this and it really worked. Soo looking forward to trying it again! It really doesn't taste that bad at all. It's not something I would make regularly but it's forsure do-able and you actually see results!
